Booking rules
- • Reservations run in 30-minute increments, 1-hour minimum.
- • A 15-minute setup/cleanup buffer is built into every booking.
- • Established customers: 2-hour notice. First-time bookers: 24-hour notice, and your first reservation is pending until staff confirms.
- • Cancellations: full credit 24+ hours out, 50% charge inside 24 hours, full charge inside 4 hours or a no-show.
- • Office tenants get included room credits (based on permitted occupants) that reset monthly and don't roll over.
